Today the building contains a handful of units at an average rate of $70 PSF. that are immediately available for occupancy.

As a class B building the lobby is attended 24/7 and a private parking garage is situated just next door.

Situated in New York City's fashionable Soho neighborhood, Tribeca and the West Village are also in close walking distance.

Property History

Historically within the property; the walls were painted light-grey and feature square cast-iron pilasters at the perimeter of each three-bay floor, these are accentuated by circular columns in the middle. Every floor is crowned by a projecting cornice, while the facade was painted a neutral grey tone, except for the first floor which has been contrasted in white. Not too common in Manhattan - the property features a fire escape that covers two-thirds of the building's facade while the top of the building is sheathed in a bracketed metal roof cornice.

Neighborhood Info
The Soho neighborhood derived its name from being "South of Houston Street". The neighborhood was originally known for its artist lofts being predominate in the area, around the late 1990s a tech boom occurred, and Soho became the upcoming office submarket highly sought after today.

SoHo stands as well-known neighborhood and destination in Lower Manhattan, famous for its stunning cast-iron buildings that date back to the mid-to-late 19th century. These buildings, which feature decorative facades, were created using cast iron due to its strength, fire resistance, and low cost. Today, these buildings are protected by the SoHo-Cast Iron Historic District. The east-west boundaries of SoHo are a subject of debate, but most agree that it is located north of Canal Street and south of Houston. This neighborhood is always bustling with activity, with locals residing in spacious lofts and visitors drawn to its outstanding shopping and dining options. Despite its name, SoHo is not to be confused with London's lower-case Soho, and its distinctiveness ensures it remains an iconic neighborhood in New York City.
