584 Broadway is a historic 12-story office and retail building located between Prince and Houston Streets in the heart of Manhattan’s SoHo neighborhood. Designed by Buchman & Deisler and constructed in 1897–1898, the property is a contributing building within the SoHo-Cast Iron Historic District. The building extends through the block to Crosby Street, where it is also associated with the addresses 116–122 Crosby Street.

Originally constructed as a commercial loft building, 584 Broadway retains the large windows, high ceilings and flexible interiors characteristic of SoHo’s historic commercial architecture.
